Promotions are open to registered account holders who live in the United Kingdom and who meet the conditions below. We may ask you to complete identity and payment checks at any time, and a bonus or a withdrawal can be held until those checks are finished.

• You must be aged 18 or over. We check this, and accounts that fail age verification are closed.
• Your account must be registered in your own name, with accurate and current details.
• One account per person. Only one bonus of the same type may be claimed per person, household, shared device, IP address or payment method.
• Offers are personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, pooled or shared.

What counts towards wagering

Games contribute to wagering at different rates, set out in the terms of each offer. Some games, including certain table games and live games, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Progress is tracked in your account and updates as you play.

Limits that apply while a bonus is active

• A maximum stake per spin, hand or round may apply. Staking above it can void the bonus and anything won with it.
• Bets placed to cover most or all outcomes of the same game, and other low-risk patterns, do not count towards wagering.
• Bonus funds cannot be used on games excluded from the offer.
• Unless the offer says otherwise, stakes are taken from your bonus balance first while a bonus is active.

Bonus funds are held separately from your own money and are shown as a separate balance in your account.

• Winnings from bonus funds stay in the bonus balance until wagering is complete, at which point they move to your withdrawable balance.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and carry the wagering requirement of the offer unless its terms say otherwise.
• An offer may cap the amount that can be converted from bonus play to withdrawable funds. Anything above the cap is removed when wagering completes.
• Unused bonus funds, free spins and unfinished wagering expire at the end of the period stated in the offer. Expired funds cannot be reinstated.
• If you close your account, or we close it, any active bonus and any winnings still subject to wagering are removed.

Promotions are there to be used as intended. We monitor promotional play and may withhold or remove a bonus, and any winnings derived from it, where we find any of the following.

• Registration or payment details are inaccurate, incomplete or belong to somebody else.
• Deposits are later charged back or disputed with the payment provider.

Where this happens we may void the bonus and the winnings from it, return the balance of your own deposit, restrict future promotions on your account or, in serious cases, close the account. We will tell you what has been decided and why, and you can raise it with our support team if you disagree.

We may add, change, suspend or end a promotion at any time, and may limit an offer to selected players or to a stated period. If an offer is published with an obvious error, we may correct it and put your account back in the position it would otherwise have been in. Changes do not affect a bonus already credited and still within its wagering period.
