General rules for all play

These rules form part of your agreement with us and apply to every bet, spin, hand and live table round placed through your account. Where the rules built into a particular game differ from the general position described here, the in-game rules and paytable govern that round.

One account per player

You may hold one account only. If we find that you control more than one account, we may close the duplicates and void the bets placed through them in line with our Terms and Conditions. Play is for customers aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence for the games we offer and we verify the identity, age and payment details of account holders.

Real-money and bonus balances

Your account can hold real-money funds and bonus funds at the same time. Unless an offer states otherwise, stakes are taken from the real-money balance first and bonus funds are used once that balance is exhausted. The balance in play is shown in the game window before each round and in your account history afterwards.

Bets are final once placed

  • A bet is accepted when the game server confirms it, not when you click or tap. Until that confirmation appears, no stake has been taken.
  • Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled, changed or withdrawn, including where you intended a different stake, game or table.
  • If your balance is insufficient when the server receives the bet, the bet is declined and no stake is taken.
  • We may decline a bet or apply a maximum stake to a game, and the limit that applies is shown in the game or in your account.

How bets and spins are settled

Every result is produced on our game servers, not on your device. The outcome recorded by the server is the final result of the round, even if your screen shows something different because of a display error, a slow connection or an interrupted animation. Pays are made according to the game's paytable at the stake and line configuration in force when the round began.

Game typeWhat settles the round
Slots and instant gamesThe symbol positions returned by the random number generator, paid as shown in the paytable.
Virtual table and card gamesThe cards or numbers drawn by the random number generator, under the rules in the game's help screen.
Live dealer gamesThe physical outcome at the table, confirmed by the dealer and the studio system.
Jackpot and feature gamesThe base game result plus any feature or jackpot award triggered in the same round.

Each game shows a return to player figure, expressed as the percentage of total stakes returned to players over a very large number of rounds. You will find it in the game's information screen. It is a long-run theoretical average rather than a guide to any single session, and individual results stay random.

Check the paytable before you stake

Stake ranges, bet lines, feature rules and the maximum win vary from game to game and are all set out in the game's help screen.

Malfunctions and interrupted games

A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, feature, jackpot or display behaves incorrectly because of a fault in software, hardware or the connection between them, the affected round is void, any amount credited in error is removed and stakes taken in that round are returned to the balance they came from.

This applies whether the fault works in your favour or ours. Where a fault affects a series of rounds, we may void those rounds and restore your balance to the position immediately before the fault, after a check of the server logs for the session.

Disconnections and unfinished rounds

If your connection drops mid-round, the round continues on the server. When you next open the game it either resumes at the point you left it or is settled automatically, with any winnings credited to your balance. Unfinished rounds are held for the period stated in the game's help screen and then settled on the stake and selections already made.

  • Do not place the same bet again after a disconnection until you have reopened the game and seen whether the round resumed or settled.
  • Your account history shows the stake, result and balance for every settled round.
  • If a round looks missing, stuck or wrongly settled, contact us before you continue playing that game.

Bonus funds and promotional play

Bonus funds follow the terms of the individual bonus and our general promotional terms as well as the rules on this page. The wagering requirement, eligible games, expiry period and any cap on converted winnings are shown with the offer and in the bonus section of your account.

  • Maximum bet: while a wagering requirement is open, the stake per round is capped at the amount in the bonus terms. Rounds above the cap may be void, together with any winnings from them.
  • Game contributions: games count towards wagering at different rates and some are excluded, as set out with the offer.
  • Play patterns: betting to lock in a profit from a bonus, such as covering opposing outcomes on a table game, is not permitted and may void the bonus.
  • Expiry: if a bonus expires before its wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds and any winnings attached to them are removed, and your real-money balance is unaffected.

Live casino and table games

Live games are dealt by a dealer in a studio and streamed to your device. The dealer's decision at the table is final, subject to the game-specific rules and the studio's procedures for correcting errors.

  • Late bets: a stake must be confirmed before betting closes. A stake reaching the server after that point is not accepted and stays in your balance.
  • Mis-deals and void rounds: if a card is exposed, a wheel result is invalid or equipment fails, the round may be declared void under the studio's procedures and stakes are returned.
  • Table limits: minimum and maximum stakes are displayed at each table and may differ between tables of the same game.
  • Game-specific rules: payouts, side bets, insurance and dealer-drawing rules sit in the help screen of each table and apply to play at that table.
  • Conduct: table chat is moderated, and we may withdraw access to it where a player is abusive towards a dealer or another player.

Questions and disputes about a round

If you believe a round has been settled incorrectly, contact us on the live chat on the site or by e-mail to support@casino-mrrun.co.uk. We look into the round against the server logs, which are the authoritative record of play, and we tell you the outcome and the reason for it.

  1. The name of the game or live table.
  2. The date and time of the round, with your time zone.
  3. The round or game reference from your account history.
  4. The stake, the result you saw and the pay you expected.

Please raise a query as soon as you notice it, as logs and recordings are kept for a limited period only. If our answer does not settle the matter, our complaints procedure sets out the next steps, including referral to the alternative dispute resolution provider named there.
